How many bundles do I need?
The number of bundles needed generally depends on the lengths purchased and desired volume. Please note that our extensions are always measured when pulled straight place the measuring tape below the weft to properly measure your wefts
For Natural Wave and Natural Straight
16"-18": 3 or more bundles required.
20"-24":4 or more bundles required
26" inches and longer-5-6 bundles or more required.
For Deep Wavy and Wavy Curl
16"-18": 3 or more bundles required.
20"-24":4 or more bundles required
26" inches and longer-5-6 bundles or more required.
What forms of payment does Suburban Tresses accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Sezzle.
Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified after a period of 10 hours. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully and confirm the shipping address provided during checkout to ensure your package is delivered to the correct location.
If you need to update your delivery address, we recommend utilizing the UPS My Choice portal. This tool enables you to easily manage and adjust your delivery preferences. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number, please follow the UPS Tracking link to set up an account on the UPS My Choice portal and make any necessary address changes.
Pre-order Shipping & Processing
Please allow up to14 business daysfor all PRE-ORDERS to process. Please note, business days does not include weekends or holidays.(Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays).Order processing begins once ID Verification is completed.
ID Verification must be completed within 48-72 hours, if not completed order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.Shipping takes between 2-4 business days for US orders.Shipping can take between 7-14 business days for International orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If I place my order today, when will I receive my Extensions?
Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale require up to 10 business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.
My shipping label was printed but my tracking number has no movement?
We kindly request a maximum of three business days for processing verified orders. To ensure prompt processing, ensure billing and shipping addresses match.
For unmatched addresses, we recommend using Paypal at checkout, which does not require an account. All orders, shipped via FEDEX with direct signature, or to PO BOXES via USPS

International Shipping

Once your international order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that tracking information and shipping options may not be available for all countries.
Exchanges & Returns
Products in unused condition can be returned within seven days of purchase. Returned products must be unused with product tags attached to qualify for a return. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only minus fees; refunds are not permitted. Refer to the store policy for comprehensive details.

You will experience our signature fragrance, a result of our CoWash process performed before shipment to ensure your hair arrives fresh and ready for use.
Pre-Installation:
- Wash Before Installation: Always wash your hair extensions prior to installation, leaving the zip ties intact. This allows you to evaluate the bundles for any abnormalities. If you detect any issues, contact us immediately, and we will address them promptly.
Installation:
- Use the Over-and-Out Method: When installing, fold the weft in half to ensure the weft "beards" are inward and not touching the scalp.
- Avoid Piercing the Wefts: Piercing the wefts can lead to excessive shedding.
- Seal Wefts: Consider using a high-quality weft sealant for added durability.
- Cut Wefts Only When Necessary: To maintain the integrity of the weft, avoid cutting unless absolutely required.
Color Variations:
Due to the raw nature of your hair, variations in color and texture between bundles are normal. We recommend being prepared to custom dye your hair to match your natural hair or achieve your preferred shade.
Weekly Maintenance:
To keep your extensions looking and feeling their best:
- CoWash (Conditioner Only Wash): Recommended 2–3 times weekly to retain moisture and cleanse buildup that could cause matting or tangling.
- Deep Conditioning: Use a thick deep conditioner with smoothing properties for added moisture and frizz control.
Steps for the Ultimate CoWash Experience:
- Section Hair: Part into 7–10 sections before showering.
- Detangle: Using a wide-tooth comb or wavy hair brush, detangle from roots to tips.
- Saturate: Wet hair thoroughly.
- Apply Conditioner: Lather each section generously with conditioner and detangle with a Denman brush from ends to roots. Repeat 2–3 times for each section.
- Twist or Braid: Once detangled, twist hair into a bun or braid. Let conditioner sit for 15–20 minutes without massaging to avoid frizz.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly, scrunching hair to enhance wave patterns if desired. Use a cotton towel, microfiber towel, or t-shirt for drying to reduce frizz.
- Style: Apply a dime-sized amount of smoothing oil or glossing polish for frizz control. Allow hair to air dry.
